The process

Stage 1

The bath is thoroughly cleaned, using special degreasing and decalcifying chemicals.

Stage 2
The surface is treated with an industrial grinding process to provide a good bonding key.

Stage 3
The bath is neutralised with specialist cleaning agents.

Stage 4
Any damaged areas are repaired and finished.

Stage 5
The surrounding area and bath fittings are masked.

Stage 6 (5 star process only)
The bath is coated with three pressure sprayed undercoats.

Stage 7
The bath receives three pressure-sprayed coats of VITROCOAT®

Stage 8 (4 & 5 star process only)
An infra red heat treatment is applied, to cure the bath.

Stage 9 (5 star process only)
The bath is polished and buffed to a high shine.
